While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. The website collects this information on the registration form, and when you submit questions to us.
If you use social media to share from iMeshup (i.e. use an embedded link from the website) or to otherwise post information from or via iMeshup to a third party web site, feature, or application, that information may be public and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of iMeshup.
If you send someone else a communication from iMeshup, such as sending a collaboration invite, the information you provide (names, e-mail addresses, etc.) is used on a one-time basis to facilitate the communication, and is not stored or used unless they provide consent later on.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may use third party service providers to perform certain services on behalf of iMeshup, such as hosting the website, designing and/or operating the website’s features, analyzing users’ interactions with iMeshup, sending communications, or performing other administrative services. iMeshup uses Braintree for financial transactions, and Elorus for invoices. We use SparkPost to deliver technical emails, and ending your request or opt-in, we use Mailchimp to send out email campaigns to our mailing list. We may provide these companies with access to user information, including Personal Information, to carry out the services they are performing for you or for iMeshup.
Your principal rights under data protection law are:

You may cancel or modify your subscriptions to emails you have elected to receive from iMeshup by following the instructions contained within an email you receive from us. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of the website (for example, administrative and service announcements) and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you opt-out from other iMeshup communications.
We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
